they have trunks as they look older is that the difference may be 100 years plus counting the trunk rings as years in length 35 mm only 75mm to top of flower.

It is quite a plant "Dies" in summer no water but comes to life first rains of winter. Have had these for the last two years growing just the same way as the wild ones do. A real show this year only one flower last year.

Second round ball is Borya Sphaerocephala R.Br just a very few differences between them.

they grow much the same way as they are also from the granite outcrops. if it had not been for the flowers I would have kept on thinking they where the same plant but part of the same family.
