Helleborine Orchid (Epipactis helleborine)

***All native orchids are protected by the conservation laws of Michigan.
I was lucky to have found five stems of this lovely little orchid along the trail I walk with our dog every day. There were only single stems along a 1,000 ft. stretch of the trail.
