My first try


I have never baked anything with yeast. These are from a German recipe I found on the Internet. The rolls are crusty and solid, different and much better than supermarket rolls.

Deine Landsleute ernähren sich zum Frühstück halt ganz anders als die Deutschen. Mir scheint, da gibt es direkt eine Marktlücke bei euch, oder? Die Amerikaner sind einfach noch nicht auf den Geschmack gekommen! ;-)
Ich fand übrigens gerade einen Link mit Adressen von deutschen Bäckereien in den USA, bei denen man wohl deutsches Brot und Brötchen bestellen kann. Vielleicht käme das für dich in Betracht? Hier ist der Link, siehe dazu die erste Antwort zur gestellten Frage! ;-)
