Una foto de naturaleza muy oportuna y con significado. Las tortugas tienen costumbre de ir en fila india. No creo que estén en la dieta de las garzas, y con el casco estarán a salvo.

Yes, I think the heron would eat the eggs if it could find them. The turtles lay many eggs in the spring or summer and bury them in the dirt, and the heron would not find them all.
