Never mind with the SPAM at the moment! First things first, and hopefully Ipernity gets new caring owners, and especially thousands of new paying customers! =)

it makes it hard the longer it is left as was the case before !

I guess you refer to SPAM(?) Bev, you are of course right about it! =)

And one option could be to close the community for awhile, a let no new accounts opened. But I suppose somewhat all options are equally bad. On one hand this community should be kept open to make it look good for everyone to join, and attempting for possible new owners to buy. But also the SPAM and trash should be cleaned as often as possible, for the very same reasons, to make this place look worth to save.

Thanks again for the update. Like so many others, I am intrepidly staying put on at Ipernity as long as possible. As I have said elsewhere, Ipernity is the best available of its type. For what it's worth, I have added my voice to the 'vote' at www.ipernity.com/blog/autofantasia/4643022 as willing to pay a more reasonable market price subscription for the superb facilities we have been enjoying so cheaply and for so long.

Thank you so much for keeping us informed, Audrey! I know how hard it is to keep a site like this going with small staff and not much money. And I now realize that you couldn't tell us a whole lot before you were ready. Please forgive my impatience about the situation. It is good to know that the owners understand the members' passion for ipernity and are doing all they can to preserve this special place. I was planning to stay until the very end anyway, so it would be a gift to find out ipernity will not close after all! As you have already heard from so many of us, there is nothing on the internet that compares to ipernity's interface, and it would be a great loss to us all if it was closed down.

Audrey, I want to also thank you for all you have done as a representative of ipernity to listen to its members! Like Sami said, I hope that you will keep your job for a much longer time than a couple of months! Good luck and Godspeed on the negotiations. ;-)

Ipernity és la única plataforma en català (i multilingüe ) en aquest moment. Per a mi això és tan important que desitjo agrair al equip d'IP haver-ho fet possible. Durant aquesta setmana puc constatar que IP, tot i els seus problemes, és la millor plataforma existent. No deixem que es perdi.

Audrey that is some good news in all this doom and gloom please let us know how WE can also help in keeping this site going. you will find a whole community that was already a whole community 100% behind you not to loose this site as we have already lost one before. If you are going to shutdown ipernity, at least let us (these last days here) live in freedom !!! Let our galleries be visible and accessible, at least to leave with good memories.... How much you gain restricting our galleries ? Is this more important than our loyalty and the whole creative stuff we provided all these years and made you so proud ???

At the moment I am not a 'club' member but if Ipernity is here to stay, then you can rely on me to join up. You sometimes only know the real worth of something when it appears that it may be no no longer there!

Einzige Chance: Alle Kräfte zu mobilisieren, um einen Käufer davon zu überzeugen, welche gelungene Arbeit und zukünftige Kraft in dieser Plattform steckt.
