My photography started as a part of being interested in railways an has expanded a little. It is more about recording a place and point in time though I often attempt to make it an attractive and maybe even a beautiful image.

Occupation:
Previously a tech, supervisor and a small business owner in Telecoms & Two-Way Radio, and a software developer for a listed manufacturing company. Then nasty ageist (people?) told me I was too old and stupid for any technical work.
Completed postgrad studies for teaching ESL in 2011 and have a bit of a career, including volunteering, helping people learn English.
Also trade shares on and off since 2006.
Also a little work as Field Tech for point of sales systems hardware.
Late 2019 onwards - teaching Migrant English at TAFE Qld.
End 2021 Retired from teaching English.
Now I have no spare time at all ...

Interests:

Photography, Railways, Electronic techy stuff including Church AV, Ham radio, Language, being in the great outdoors. The order here varies from day to day. All mediocre. Too many to master.
