About DieWaldlaeuferin ^club

Ich nenne mich Waldläuferin, weil ich oft unterwegs bin, nicht nur im Wald, aber dort sehr oft. Des weiteren ist die Doppelbedeutung zu den Waldläufern in J.R.R. Tolkien's Büchern bewusst beabsichtigt :-)

Seit Juni 2009 habe ich eine Nikon D90. Die Bilder vor diesem Datum wurden mit einer Canon PowerShot 510 und 590 IS gemacht.

Auch das Lernen zu fotografieren ist eine Reise – ich bin unterwegs.

I call myself "Die Waldläuferin" which is actually rather a characterization than a name. In German it means "the one who walks the woods". The same term has also been used in the German translation of the books of J.R.R. Tolkien for his characters called “rangers”. This connection is fully intentional :-)

Since June 2009 I have a Nikon D90. The pictures before that have been taken with a Canon PowerShot 510 and 590 IS.
