Here are the rules for Programs and programming (Esperanto)

Yes, this group is dedicated to programmers and ordinary computer users as well. But not only that - it is meant also as a reminder of an artificially created yet living language Esperanto, with its own culture, literature and everything that a real language should have, aiming to fulfill its vision of a different, more just world, where everyone has equal chances. It is not a coincidence that amongst Esperanto speaking people one will find many programmers and linguists.

As such, for being a member of this group you should show a will to learn Esperanto.
