The Nomadic Sauna, Seaford, 10 1 2024

I only spotted these folk as I went up on to the road above the Bonningstedt Parade to see what was happening with the crane. I looked on line later and discovered that there are two sessions a week here and two in Brighton of the Nomadic Sauna. The lady in the tin bath was, I imagine having a cold soak. Another lady returned from a dip in the sea - which was at low tide - way down the shingle beach. I suspect that the person by the cabin was probably having a cold shower. All on the coldest day so far this year - about 2C.
