Salvation Army mission to Army in Abbassia Barracks Cairo perhaps
I knew that I had seen a large watch on a lady's wrist somewhere else. The woman to the left of the Salvation Army officer also has a large wrist watch. My grandmother had a similar watch in this photo www.ipernity.com/doc/philsutters/49989014
