Worthing, West Sussex

A view of Worthing Pier, West Sussex. Travelled there yesterday in the hope of getting some photos on the seafront while my wife wandered around the shops. When we left home it was bright and sunny, but on arrival.................the sun had disappeared and it stayed cloudy the rest of the day, but at least it stayed dry!

Shot in 16:9 format, so best viewed large. You may just be able to see the wind farm on the horizon.

Lovely placing of the pier with the breakwater complimenting the angle, there is a lot of turbines out there at least I only have 2 to look at which produced nothing yesterday lack of wind is probably why it rained all day. I don't understand the attraction of shops unless you need to buy something !!

A beautifully composed beach scene with the pier drawing your eyes out towards the horizon Keith. The light is lovely and that is a great sky. For me an interesting cloudy sky oftern works better thatn a blue one
