I’m afraid I’m still only able to get into ipernity through my iPad and it’s not working well. My iPad is not charging properly and I can’t get the Apple sd card reader to work. I had to take this image with my iPad which I didn’t find much fun. No reply or help yet from ipernity. I think I need to take a break for a while. Hopefully I will be back in the not too distant future. Stay safe and well everyone. You can catch up on my photos and diary on Blipfoto under JeanSnaps but I will post them on ipernity once things get sorted.

Amitiés. Jocelyne.
Alles Gute liebe Jean!
I spent much of last year in hospital with Covid and complications so I missed a lot of ipernity news and I thought recently, I hope Jean's alright! So I saw that your technical issues caused you to take a break for a while but I hope you will re-join us very soon!
All best wishes,
Andy
We can help you with the password change. I'm hoping you still have the same email address (we wrote you back in August 2021 to the address on your account here), but even if you don't we can help you if you reach out to us through the above email.
I apologize for no response to your help tickets - we only just discovered this week (Oct 2022) an issue that was preventing us from seeing help tickets written when people were logged out of their accounts.
I will write again to your email in the hopes that all is well and you can respond.
