JL403 taking three railcar vehicles to Armidale for restoration by New England Rail Inc. These and one other had been at West Tamworth for years, where a fourth one had been burned out, I presume, by vandalism. The Armidale bound Xplorer train has just overtaken the NERI train at Kootingal.
