He was born on February 17, 1940, in Boston, Massachusetts, and moved to Florida in 1986. T.J. was a well-known sculptor of concrete for nearly 40 years. He created unique pieces out of concrete using no molds. His sculptures can be found all over the United States and even overseas. His son, concrete sculptor T.J. Neil Jr., and his family are continuing his life's work.
