When you see on the map 'Raisin City', you just have to go.... it's a small (pop 380) unincorporated area in the middle of the Central Valley in an area where the grapes used for raisins are grown.

I keep trying to figure out a clever way to drop in a "Raisin in the Sun" reference, but I can't come up with anything good enough. I suppose this will be a dream deferred.
