The Post Office Tower, as it used to be called. Once — in the early 70s there was an explosion there, loud in the night, which blew out just a small bit up on one of the stories ( what normally would have happened to some huger towers if..); and tower Bridge; two little pinnacles, ?; ... I give up.
It's a beautiful view in subdued tones.
