Gespiegelter Handstand :-)
Anlässlich der documenta 2012 konnten Besucher in den Deichtorhallen/ Hamburg eine temporäre Installation des britischen Künstlers Anthony Gormley erleben.
Das Haupttragwerk der Konstruktion bestand aus Stahlträgern, gestützt durch Seilunterspannungen. Den Fußbodenaufbau bildete eine mit Polyurethan-Gießharz beschichtete Holzkonstruktion. So erhielt man eine glatte, tiefschwarze, spiegelnde Oberfläche.
Die freihängende Konstruktion konnte in eine leichte Schwingung versetzt werden, wenn Besucher in gemeinsamer Aktion auf der Platte "schlitterten" - jeweils nach einem kurzem Anlauf!
