The Stepping Stones
Stainforth Stepping Stones
Stainforth, a pretty village in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, is situated to the east of the River Ribble with Little Stainforth (or Knight Stainforth) to the west.
The village nestles under Stainforth Scar, 2½ miles north of Settle and 3 miles south of Horton-in-Ribblesdale.

The cottages and the stone walls look very impressive and you've captured the water very nicely. The numerous stepping stones and the other large rocks in the water make superb foreground interest.
Excellent work sir!
