March mushroom (Hygrophorus marzuolus ) is a delicious edible mushroom, it tastes great if prepared on the grill, as a side dish to meat dishes or used to make soup.It grows next to conifers such as fir, white pine, black pine and spruce and deciduous trees such as beech, chestnut, sessile oak, cera oak, and tends to grow in places where there is moss.It is classified as an endangered species of fungus. Therefore, those who intend to look for them, would rather bring a camera than a basket . (Note: I picked the allowed amount of these mushrooms)
