Accidental first star trail.
I took my son to try and capture the the Geminids In 2014 while we saw then I did not capture a single one on frame but this led to the first ever Star trail. As this was all shot manually you see the holes in the star movement . This is another variation that is possible.
31 shots ISO 2000

Last Plane Home -Western Autralia Is now closed off to every body even Australia.
A star trail captured the last plane to come and land . 150 shots that was thought of as just a star trail as the clouds cleared for a while.

Morning Trails
It was suppose to be raining totally clouded, when I woke at 4 am I saw nothing but stars and the moon. I thought it would be great to capture a 22% crescent moon on a star trail as well. Through the 150 shots there was some wispy clouds blew past the moon hence the extra effect on the moon. I went to 5 shot of the pre dawn to add to the effect with the stars. This was looking almost Due East.
I had limited space as the dew fell very heavy so I had the camera under the roof for protection but limited the view of the sky I had. Enjoy a little out of the box thinking as I did not 100% know just what I would get apart from the broad moon trail.

Slam Dunk - North
North is way below my horizon so no complete circle, only a partial circle.
