Oh my...that is so lovely. Nothing like a dramatic black and yellow insect on a gorgeous lantana blossom! Such explosions of color and contrast! Great angle here, superb details as you always share with us! I am sure you are aware that there are at least a couple of different bumble bee species...but did you know there are DOZENS of them?! Examining this page, I can narrow the species down to a Black Tailed Bumble Bee but that's a group, not the exact name. You might be able to pinpoint by looking up bee species where you live! :)
