Dear members and friends of ipernity,

1) Last Sunday, March 27, 2022, the Ipernity General Assembly 2022 took place. The previous Board of our Association was discharged for its activities in 2022. The proposed amendment of the Association's Statutes was approved by the assembly.

4) Finally, we would like to thank the departing Board member Bernhard Westrup (Vice President and Treasurer) for his tireless, dedicated work and excellent achievements. Bernhard not only stepped up to help operate our website as reliably as possible, he also worked to constantly improve the user experience, promoted ipernity, and also supported any IMA team project that needed help. We very much regret his departure, but respect his personal decision. Thank you, Bernhard.
