:-) As it is now the second time I can read this question: There are several reasons.
First time I had the idea to learn Spanish I had been in school but my parents told me it would be to much to take more subjects than I already had to take. Then I forgot about it.
Now I could use it in my job, I suppose it would make travelling in Spain more comfortable and help to improve understanding those ipernists who express themselves in Spanish and to prevent me from being to surprised about the contence of some articles here.

Spanish is very beautiful! Also a good reason to study it! But Italian too...:)
